We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer, with expertise in Python, to join our team.
About the Opportunity

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll be embedded into our clients’ core engineering teams, building products used by millions while earning competitive international compensation.
The Role
You’ll be matched with one of our partner companies as a dedicated team member, working on challenging projects that range from scaling SaaS platforms to building next-generation fintech applications. This isn’t outsourcingâyou’re a full team member with direct impact on product strategy and technical decisions.
Technical Requirements
Core Skills
- Backend: 5+ years of production Python experience (Django, FastAPI, or Flask)
- Frontend: Expert-level proficiency in Angular (14+) and/or React (16.8+)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, with experience in query optimization and data modeling
- APIs: RESTful design, GraphQL, WebSocket implementation
- Cloud: AWS or GCP experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Modern Stack Experience
- Microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Message queuing (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS)
- Monitoring and observability (Datadog, New Relic, ELK stack)
- Testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, Cypress)
Additional Technologies (Plus)
- TypeScript for full-stack type safety
- State management (Redux, NgRx, MobX)
- Next.js or Nuxt.js for SSR applications
- Celery for distributed task processing
- Machine Learning libraries (nice to have)
What You’ll Do
- Architect and implement scalable web applications handling millions of requests
- Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers on your assigned team
- Participate in daily standups with teams in US/EU time zones
- Code review and collaborate via GitHub/GitLab with international teammates
- Design system components that balance performance with maintainability
- Own features end-to-end from technical design to production deployment
