First 90 days

If any team member isn't working out, Fulmenflux replaces them within 21 calendar days at no additional cost. No justification required.

After 90 days

Replacement triggered by two consecutive months of declining Pulse Scorecard scores — protects you from drift without enabling arbitrary churn.
